机组启停时节油方法分析

Analysis of oil-saving method in unit starting-up and shutting-down

针对当前燃煤锅炉的耗油问题,结合锅炉设备、系统、运行方式的特点,重点对冷态锅炉在启动过程中3个节油潜力较大的阶段进行了分析,提出了具体的节约燃油的措施,在实际生产应用中效果明显。

Aiming at the present oil consumption of coal-fired boiler,combining with the features of boiler devices,system and operation mode,the three period in starting-up process,which have greater oil-saving potential,were analyzed emphatically,and concrete oil-saving measures were proposed.The obvious effect was obtained by adopting these measures.
