关于贵州林业科技自主创新的思考

New Thinking About Independent Innovation of Forestry Science and Technology in Guizhou Province

提高林业自主创新能力是贵州林业又好又快发展的关键。贵州林业科技贡献率和科技成果转化率不高,反映了我省林业科技工作缺乏自主创新性和实用性。按照建设生态文明的现实要求,根据贵州生态特点和林业建设的特殊性,提出林业科技自主创新的领域、重点和途径。推进环境立省,实现经济社会可持续发展。

Fast and well development of Guizhou forestry inevitably calls for promoting independent innovation ability. However, low contribution and transfer rate of forestry science and technology reflects that forestry science and technology work of this province lacks both self- innovation capability and practical applicability. To abide by the need of eco - civilization construction and practical demand, and according to the characteristics of ecological environment and particularities of forestry development of the province, this article fields, focal points and ways for enhancing independent innovation ability of forestry in this province. As such, the goal of environment - oriented province and sustainable development of economy and society would be fulfilled.
