风险是市场经济条件下的一个重要概念,尤其是在以总承包项目占主角的设计单位,风险更是伴随着项目运行的每一个环节。应增强项目风险意识,分析制定风险对策,尽可能地减少和分散项目风险的冲击。
Risk is a key concept under the market economy situation,particularly for design institutes engaging in EPC projects,risk is involved in every aspect of the project execution.Awareness should be raised for project risks,and countermeasures should be analyzed and taken for such risks,so as to minimize and mitigate impact by the project risks.
