攀成钢10m^2竖炉使用白马钒钛精矿工业试验

摘要 本文主要介绍了白马钒钛精矿的物理化学性能及其在竖炉中的使用情况。白马钒钛精矿理化性能均优于密地钒钛精矿,使用白马钒钛精矿造球,膨润土配比有较大下降,且生球含粉少,强度上升,爆裂温度有所下降;炉内焙烧温度无明显变化,但炉内压力下降,冷却风量增加,炉内透气改善。 An introduction about physical and chemical properties of Baima V-Ti concentrate as well as its operation in shaft furnace is given. Physical and chemical properties of Baima V-Ti concentrate are better than that of Midi V-Ti concentrate. By using Baima V-Ti concentrate in pelletizing, the bentonite ratio was remarkably decreased, and the green pellets got less powder content, higher strength and lower decrepitating temperature. While there is no apparent change in the baking temperature of the furnace, the pressure in the furnace decreased and the cooling air volume increased, which improved the permeability of the furnace.
