摘要 通过采取精料、提高风温、富氧喷煤和提高顶压等技术措施以改善高炉冶炼条件,并维护好高炉合理的操作炉型,加强炉前渣铁排放,降低休慢风率,控制好高炉适宜的冶炼强度,以达到提高高炉利用系数的目的。 The No. 4 BF of CISC improved the smelting conditions by such as beneficiating burden material, increasing blast temperature, injecting pulverized coal enriched with oxygen and improving top pressure. Moreover, It safeguarded reasonable BF operation shape, strengthened slag's and iron's emis- sion, reduced delay ratio and under blowing ratio, controlled smelting intensity which was suitable for BF, and so on. at last, The No. 4 BF reached the aim of improving productivity.
