攀成钢4号高炉炉况失常的处理

摘要 随着富氧、喷煤等手段的运用,高炉不断强化,稳定的热制度和造渣制度显得尤为重要。并且随着高炉冷却强度不断提高,炉墙存在因局部冷却强度过大而产生结厚的危险。当炉温、炉况出现一定的波动后,如果操作不当,调剂手段过多,幅度过大,会导致煤气流分布失常,进而引发炉况失常。通过采用洗炉、合理料制调整、空料线炸瘤及抓管理等措施,炉况得到逐步恢复。 With the application of oxygen-enrichment and coal injection, the BF has been intensified gradually, which attached greater importance to the stability of heat system and slag making system. While the Bf cooling intensity is increasing, the risk of furnace wall thickening dues to extensive local cooling intensity. When furnace temperature and furnace condition fluctuate, too many regulating measures and too big regulating amplitude will intuce gas flow distribution irregularity and then furnace irregularity. By several measures such as furnace purging, c demolition etc, the furnace has recovered harging system adjustment, stock-line descending and accretion to normal condition gradually.
