结合508周轧厂品种规格更换频繁的生产特点,详述设备改造的必要性。针对周轧机现有的生产工艺提出优化方案,同时能满足生产定径、不定径钢管的要求。根据工艺的要求,对原设备进行改造设计。对相关设备提出详细设计方案。经过多方论证改造行之有效,能提高生产效率。

Based on the characteristics of quick frequent size Changing in Φ508mm Pilger-rolling Mill, the necessity of equipment modification is described in detail. An optimizing solution for the existing process was put forward, which can meet the production requirements of both sizing and non-sizing tubes. The existing equipments were redesigned and modified according to technology requirements. Detailed plans are made for related equipments. Through extensive argumentation, the modification is proved to be practical and capable of increasing production efficiency.
