摘要
通过理论研究,分析了蓄热式加热炉采用不同蓄热方式的优缺点。通过估算燃料理论热量利用率,从节能效果、物料加热质量、炉膛压力控制等因素综合考虑,提出了对低热值煤气采用双蓄热,对高热值煤气采用空气单蓄热,对中热值煤气采用常规燃烧方式的方案,分析了轧钢加热炉采用组合式蓄热的优势。
This article made a theoretical study on and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different regenerations adopted for regenerative reheating furnaces. Based on the calculation of thermal efficiency of reheating furnace, and taken into an overall consideration of energy-saving, heating quality, furnace hearth pressure control, etc. It put forwards different combustion plans, i. e. double regeneration pro- posed for low-calorific gas,air-based single generation proposed for high -calorific gas and normal combustion for medium-calorific gas. Finally, the advantages in applying combined type regeneration for reheating furnace of roiling mill were discussed.
