小肠出血的多层螺旋CT诊断 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨16层螺旋CT(MSCT)增强扫描及其三维重建在小肠出血性病变上的应用价值。方法回顾性分析34例小肠出血性病变患者的MSCT增强扫描检查表现。结果CT检查发现十二指肠间质瘤10例,十二指肠乳头癌3例,空肠间质瘤6例,回肠淋巴瘤2例及回盲部外伤性出血1例,阳性率为64.71%(22/34)。结论MSCT是诊断小肠出血性病变的有效方法,值得推广应用。
