摘要 多元智能理论是国际先进的教育理论,它体现了高职教育在本质、培养目标、公平性和学生全面发展等方面的要求。目前,我国高等职业教育进入了量的扩张向质的提升的发展阶段,既取得了成就,也存在一些不足。与经济社会高速发展相适应,现代高职教育必须具备多方面的特征。运用多元智能理论,高职教育必须在观念、人才培养模式、教师队伍、德育、评价体系等方面予以创新。 The theory of multiple intelligences is an advanced education idea vocational education needs some requirements to the nature, cultivating objectives in the world. It shows that higher , fairness and orerall developmert of students. Nowadays, Vocational education in our country has entered the developing period of quantity expansion to quality rise, and has achived successes, but still exits shortcomings. Higher vocational education should be adapt to the rapid development of the economic society. Modern vocational education must have a wide range of characteristics. Multiple Intelligences has brought new insight to higher vocational education. Higher vocational education must innovate on the notion of education, talents cultivation model,optimization of the teaching staff, moral education, and systems of educational assessment.
