船用轴角编码器的研制及应用

文章针对某引进装备轴角编码器损坏日益增多,器材进口筹措困难的状况,通过解剖和分析该轴角编码器的工作原理及技术特点,采用新工艺、新材料,对其进行国产化研制,经试验和鉴定后成功应用于该装备的修理中,实现了立足自我的国产化保障能力。

In order to improve the situation of more and more damaging happened in the axial angel encodrs of some imported equipments and avoid the difficulty in importing spare parts, by disassemble the encoders and analysis the working principle and technique specifications, we using new process and new material to manage the localization development. It had already been used in fixing that equipment after testing and appraising to achieve the ability of self protection based on domestic manufacturing.
