涤纶织物氧化退浆和染色一浴法工艺研究

Research on Oxidative Desizing and Dyeing-Bath Method Craft of Polyester Fabric

采用过碳酸钠和四乙酰乙二胺为氧化退浆剂,优化了涤纶织物的退浆工艺。探讨了氧化退浆和染色的一浴二步法和一浴一步法工艺,研究了过碳酸钠、四乙酰乙二胺用量和pH值对分散红AF-R上染率和K/S值的影响,比较了4种染色工艺染色性能的差异,为涤纶织物短流程加工提供了应用基础。

Used sodium per-carbonate and TAED as oxidation desizing agent, the authors optimized the desizing craft of polyester fabric. This article discussed oxidative desizing and the dyeing craft of one bath two step or one bath one step, researched the effect of the dosage of sodium per-carbonate and TAED and pH to the dye uptake and K/S value of disperse red AF-R, and compared the dyeing performance difference of 4 dyeing craft, supplied the application basis to abreviated system of polyester fabric.
