重茬对山杏苗圃地土壤氨基酸组分及含量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 以头茬和重茬山杏育苗地的土壤为试样,以相似立地条件杨树育苗样地,以及山杏×柠条混交育苗样地作为比较和对照,研究了3种不同样地的头茬与重茬以及重茬不同发育时间土壤氨基酸种类和含量的变化,以探索山杏重茬栽培与土壤氨基酸变化的关系。结果表明:(1)重茬土壤可检出的氨基酸种类减少,游离氨基酸可检出的种类较酸解氨基酸少;重茬土壤氨基酸含量总体上在减少,酸解的含量远比游离的大,酸解和游离氨基酸中均含有较多的谷氨酸、缬氨酸、天冬氨酸、甲硫氨酸和苯丙氨酸,游离氨基酸中还含有较多的酪氨酸,样地土壤中生氰前体氨基酸含量较高;头茬和重茬土壤中含硫氨基酸的比例较高,在酸解氨基酸中占各自样地土壤中酸解氨基酸总量的7%~22%,在游离氨基酸中占各自样地土壤中游离氨基酸总量的8%~28%。(2)3种不同育苗地之间的氨基酸变化存在一定差异,山杏育苗地氨基酸含量的变化程度较其它2个育苗地的大;山杏×柠条混交育苗地氨基酸的种类和含量比山杏育苗地稍多,杨树育苗地又稍多于山杏×柠条混交育苗地。 We had soil samples of first stubble and second stubble from Armeniaca sibirica's seedling sites. The variety and content of soil amino acid were studied and the relation between second stubble and the changes of soil amino acid were explored.
