摘要
金融危机下,加强包含供应链合作伙伴关系管理和客户关系管理在内的供应链关系管理显得尤为重要。文中分析了金融危机下,供应链企业与其合作伙伴和客户之间存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的防范对策及解决措施。文中将对金融危机下企业供应链的发展起到良好的借鉴作用。
Under the financial crisis, it is particularly important to strengthen supply chain relationship management which includes the relationship management among supply chain partners andamong customer relationships. This paper analyzes the problems between the supply chain enterprise and its supply chain partners and customers under the financial crisis, and buts forward the corresponding preventive measures and solutions aiming at those problems. The supply chain enterprises will benefit from this paper under the financial crisis.
