横向并购作为企业快速扩张的模式已成为当代经济生活的重要内容。文中结合并购交易执行步骤,研究了横向并购供应链整合实施步骤,建立了横向并购中供应链实际运作整合矩阵,为实现并购后的供应链协同效应打下了理论基础。

Horizontal-merger is the significant way for growth of enterprise at present. Based on the sequence of mergering, sequence of supply chain integration is researched in this paper, more significantly, the operational integration metric is presented.
