虽然我国各大城市规定了停车配建指标,但是目前城市停车仍然存在较多问题:规划建设方案、配建保障政策。文中剖析了保障措施的不足,并从规划、政策、建设等多方面提出了一系列对策,以保障停车配建的顺利实施,缓解城市停车问题。

Many problems exist in urban parking while some parking ratioes of big cities in China, such as correlative ensuring policies, plan and construction scheme, etc. This article analysed the shortcominges of ensuring measures, and a serie of policies based on lawes, policies, plan and construction, to ensure the parking policies＇ application and relieve the urban parking problems.
