摘要
高速铁路应急预案是提高高速铁路突发事件应急响应能力,保证行车安全的重要手段。针对目前铁路系统应急预案的现状,文中概述了高速铁路安全问题,并提出了高速铁路应急预案全生命周期,及完善现有预案的几点建议。
High-speed railway emergency plan is to improve the high-speed raiJway emergency response capability to ensure that an important means of driving safety. At present, the railway system for the status of contingency plans, the article provides an overview of the safety of high-speed railway, and to make contingency plans for high-speed rail the whole life cycle, and improve the existing plan proposals.
