浅谈城市机动车尾气污染与控制措施

机动车尾气排放已成为我国城市大气主要污染源,对城市环境空气质量造成严重影响。中国城镇人口每年不断增加,致使中国机动车保有量迅速加大,机动车尾气污染日益加剧。机动车尾气的成分复杂,所含污染物有百种以上,治理十分困难,危害人体健康,文中结合国内机动车排放污染的现状,介绍了各种机动车污染物对城市环境及人体健康的影响,分析了目前国内外机动车污染现状,通过比较各个国家防治机动车污染的控制技术和对策,针对我国目前国情,提出了控制和治理机动车污染的建议和应采取的措施。

The vehicle exhaust has become main air pollution source in China, resulting in a serious impact to the urban environmental air quality. The accelerated urbanization process in China and the continuously increased urban population caused the enlargement amount of vehicles as well as the severe exhaust pollution. The pollutants in the vehicle exhaust are various in kinds, difficult to control, and greatly threatened human health. The article introduces the impact to urban environment and human health of various pollutants based on the present situation of domestic vehicle emission. By comparing the controlling technology and measures of vehicle exhaust in other countries, it puts forward some management advices and measures according to our national conditions
