摘要
目的测定黔产木犀科苦丁茶及加工品中槲皮素的含量,为其质量分析提供科学依据。方法以槲皮素为对照品,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定。结果各种加工品中槲皮素的含量差异性较大,最高的为1950.4μg/g,最低的为332.4μg/g。结论HPLC法稳定可靠,可作为黔产木犀科苦丁茶及加工品的质量控制方法之一。
Objective To determine the effective compounds quercetinum in Kudingcha produed from Guizhou and its processing products for providing the scientific evidence to its quality analysis. Methods Quercetinum was used as the reference control and the HPLC method was used. Results The content of quercetinum had very great difference in various processing products of Kudingcha. The maximum was 1 950.4 μg/g and the minimal was 332.4 μg/g. Conclusion The method is stable and reliable, which can be used as a method for quality control of Oleaceae plant Kudingcha and its processing products.
