The enterprise idea and philosophy supporting Toyota mode of production is a lean production mode centered on consumers and employees and based on constantly improving field activity, which shows the postmodemism essence of humanity and interpersonal harmony. Toyota mode of production adheres to constant perfection with questioning and critical attitude through democratic mechanism of total involvement to exert staff's wisdom and creativity, hereby to achieve momentum and opportunity of serf-realization. In Toyota mode of production, the employees respected in humanity willingly work for the prospect of the company, which changes passive abeyance to commitment to the company and realizes the promise with their own wisdom and dedication.
