摘要
目的促进抗消化性溃疡药物的合理使用。方法采用回顾性调查方法,抽取中国人民解放军总医院2008年1月至8月102例消化性溃疡住院患者的病历资料,对用药情况、治疗天数、药物不良反应及预后等相关问题进行统计分析。结果使用频数居首位的抗消化性溃疡药物是质子泵抑制剂;用药监测仅发现5例存在不合理用药情况。结论该院抗消化性溃疡药物的使用基本合理,但仍有待进一步的规范。
Objective To promote the rational use of antipeptic ulcer drugs. Methods The retrospective method was applied to investigate 102 inpatients with peptic ulcer（PUD） at random from January 2008 to August 2008 in PLA General Hospital. The medication, course of treatment, drug adverse reaction and prognosis, etc, were statistically analyzed. Results The utilization of proton pump inhibitor took up the highest proportion of use frequency. There were 5 cases of irrational use of drugs. Conclusion The utilization of anti - peptic ulcer drugs is essentially reasonable except for a few cases. But the rational use of this kind of drugs should be further normalized.
