摘要
企业的资本可分为物质资本和人力资本,没有物质资本就没有企业,只有物质资本没有人力资本,企业也无法生存和发展。因为必须对未来市场的不确定性进行正确的经营决策,而经营决策是企业人力资本在企业中的运用,从这个角度说,企业人力资本对企业的生存和发展起着决定作用。诱导性激励和强制性激励原则是实施企业人力资本激励应该具备的原则。只有当两种激励原则相结合时,企业的人力资本优势才能在现代企业管理中得到更充分的发挥。
The enterprise capital contains material and human capitals. There is no enterprise without materials, but the enterprise cannot survive and develop with material capital only because the enterprise must make correct business decision on uncertainty of future market, and the business decision is the application of human capital in enterprise. That is, human capital determines the survival and development of the enterprise. Inducible and compulsory incentives are necessary principles to take human capital incentive, and only when the two incentive principles are combined together, can enterprise human capital play its role in modern enterprise management.
