摘要
本文从七个方面对未来上海高校教师队伍建设的战略背景进行深入研究,结合改革开放30年我国特别是上海高校教师队伍建设的实践经验、对上海交通大学校长等高端学者进行的访谈,以及香港科技大学、英国华威大学等境外大学教师队伍建设的理念与举措,提出了2020年上海高校教师队伍建设总的发展目标、主要任务与对策措施。具体发展战略是:围绕一个目标,分二步走,创新三项机制,实现四大战略。
The present study explored seven aspects concerning the strategic background of teacher workforce development at universities and colleges in Shanghai in the future.Drawing on practical experience acquired during the past 30 years of opening-up in China and esp.teacher workforce development in Shanghai,this paper put forward the goals,tasks and programs for teacher workforce development in Shanghai by 2020.The paper also drew insights from interviews with leading scholars at Shanghai Jiao Tong University,and from teacher workforce development concepts and programs at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as well as the University of Warwick at Britain.The development strategy proposed can be summarized as: targeting one goal,taking two steps,creating three mechanisms and fulfilling four tasks.
