中药熏蒸辅助治疗踝关节骨折中后期的疗效观察与护理

Therapeutic Observation and Nursing of Chinese Fumigation Treatment for Mid-late Ankle Fractures

目的探讨中药熏蒸治疗踝关节骨折中后期的疗效及护理方法。方法将2006年1月至2008年1月收治的踝关节骨折中后期的患者共81例,采用随机平行对照设计,按照住院号的奇偶将81例患者分为熏蒸组和对照组。对照组行活血化瘀、通经活络药物注射并配合微波治疗及康复护理指导,熏蒸组在对照组的基础上以中药熏蒸治疗代替微波治疗。比较两组患者治疗后症状体征改善程度的差异。结果两组治疗后第7天症状体征总体的改善程度即开始出现差异,第21天两组疗效统计显示,熏蒸组的总有效率为92.68%,对照组为65.00%,两组比较P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论中药熏蒸疗法具有疏通经络、活血化瘀、减轻炎症反应、消肿止痛、松解粘连的功效,对骨折中后期症状体征具有明显的改善作用,可用于其辅助治疗。熏蒸时须注意护理,以充分发挥疗效并避免烫伤。

Objective To investigate the effect and nursing of fumigation treatment of mid-late ankle fractures. Methods By the random paralled design,81 patients with mid-late ankle fractures from Jan 2006 to Jan. 2008 were divided into the fumigation group and the control group according to odd and even hospitalization number. The control group was treated with activating blood and dissolving stasis and dredging the meridian passage combined with the microwave treatment and rehabilitation nursing. The fumigation group was given Chinese medicine fumigation instead of the microware treatment of the control group. The differences of the improved symptoms and signs in the two groups after the treatment were compared. Results The difference in the overall improve- ment of symptoms and signs occurred in the first seven days in both groups. In the first 21 days, the total effective rate in the fumigation group and the control group were 92.68% and 65.00% respectively with significant difference（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy are proved of dredge meridians, promoting blood circulation, reducing inflammation, swelling and pains and Lysis of adhesions. There is a significant improvement in symptoms and signs of the mid-late fractures with the adjuvant therapy of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. To ensure the therapeutic effect and avoid scalds,more attention should be attached to the nursing for fumigation.
