农学类专业“四个一工程”实践教学改革的思考

On the necessity of agricultural college students' practical teaching reform of "4-one Project"

实践教学是培养合格人才的重要教学活动。为提高农学类专业人才培养质量,河北农业大学农学院通过调整人才培养方案和加强教学实习基地建设等措施,在继承原有实践教学的基础上对"四个一工程"进行探索,提出了一年级参观好一套展室及影像资料、二年级种好一块试验田、三年级参加一个研究方向(进入研究室)、四年级做好一篇毕业论文的改革思路,不仅使学生的社会实践和适应能力极大提高,还增强了学生考研深造意识和参与社会竞争的紧迫感,提高了学生的综合素质。

Practice teaching is one of the most important teaching activities to cultivate the eligibility students in university. In order to improve the quality of the students in agronomy, the college of agronomy put the project of ＂four ones＂ into practice succeeding to the former of the practice teaching in Agricultural University of Hebei. After adjusting personnel training, some practice bases have been reconstructed, by putting out that in the freshmen year to visit a museum and get video information,in the second year, the experimental field; the third grade to participate in a research direction （into the lab） ; the fourth grade, a good idea on thesis. This not only enabled students to adapt to the social practice and the enhanced ability, but also enhanced the awareness of students and postgraduate study section of the sense of urgency to improve the overall quality of students.
