摘要
教学秘书工作是高校教学管理工作中的一个重要环节,教学秘书在教学管理系统中发挥着不可替代的作用。详细阐述了高校教学秘书在教学管理工作中的重要作用,分析了教学秘书在教学管理工作中的现状和存在的问题,进而提出做好教学秘书工作应该提高服务意识、改善队伍知识结构、加强整体素质教育、多渠道激发教学秘书工作积极性和创造性等思考和建议。
Teaching secretaries are important in the teaching management ot universities. They exert important parts in the teaching management system. The paper analysises the status, function, and problem of the teaching secretaries in the system, puts forward some adviees such as enhancing service consciousness, amending knowledge structure, stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of the teaching secretaries to optimize their work.
