基于DSP的智能交通监控系统终端设计与实现

摘要 根据DSP处理数据速度快的特点,提出了基于DSP的智能交通监控系统的终端的设计方法。该系统采用NOVATEK系列芯片NT96432和视频采集CCD系列芯片MN34510为中心器件来设计智能交通监控,以达到根据实际车辆流量来控制交通信号红绿灯的显示时间的目的。系统主要实现了两大功能,一是采集图像信息,并分析得到有车辆经过的总时间;二是根据采集到的车辆总时间求平均值实现智能地控制红绿灯显示时间,从而可以加快车辆的流通量。系统是在嵌入式系统Linux平台下实现,实用性强、操作简单、扩展功能强。 The paper puts forward terminal design technique which is based on intelligent traffic supervisory systems of DSP. The design mainly makes use of the characteristics of the DSP which can manipulate the data very fast. This system uses Chipset NT96432, NOVATEK and Chipset MN34510, CCD in Video Capture as the core devices to design intelligent transportation eontrolling. It can control the display time of the red and green traffic lights according to the actual traffic flow. This system is mainly used to realize two functions: one is to collect image information and analyze it to get the total time in which the vehicles go by; the other one is to use the collected average time in which the vehicles go by to control the display time of the red and green traffic lights and this accelerates the turnover of the vehicles. This system is very simple, practical and extendedly functional, with the help of Embedded System called Linux.
