Cooperation between college and local government is a new education idea for opening running college model in order to maintain good relationship between colleges and local government,colleges and market and get more space for development.Co-construction between Chizhou College and Chizhou Municipal Government is the only way for college development in new period. Local government＇s guarantee, supervision and macro-control is the external and necessary conditions for college development.And college scientific and technological results will be transferred into productivity and stimulate local economic development.Based on college development orientation, Chizhou College puts forward the win-win eo-constrnetion between Chizhou College and Chizhou City.
