醒脑静乳剂对脑缺血缺氧损伤的保护作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察醒脑静乳剂对脑缺血缺氧损伤的保护作用。方法采用小鼠断头法、吸入氮气法和大鼠大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO)法制造脑缺血缺氧模型。实验动物随机分成生理盐水(NS)对照组及醒脑静乳剂大、中、小3个剂量组及阳性药对照(醒脑静注射液)组,共5组,每组10只。分别观察醒脑静乳剂对小鼠断头张口喘气持续时间、氮气模型小鼠存活时间的影响和对MCAO模型大鼠神经行为学、脑梗塞百分率和脑组织乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果醒脑静乳剂可明显延长小鼠断头后张口喘气动作的持续时间和氮气模型鼠的存活时间,降低或改善MCAO大鼠行为障碍、脑梗塞率,抑制脑组织LDH活性的下降和MDA含量的升高,并呈一定的剂量依赖性。结论醒脑静乳剂对缺血缺氧性脑损伤具有保护作用。 Aim To observe the protective effect of Xingnaojing emulsions (XNJE) on ischemic or anoxic cerebral injury. Method We adopted the decapitated gasping, hypoxia by exposing to N2 and middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats as the focal cerebral ischemia or anoxic model. The experimental animals ( mice or rats) were randomly assigned to 5 groups : normal saline (NS) control group,low,middle and high dose of XNJE group and positive control group treated with Xingnaojing injection, 10 for each group. After treatment with different injection, the gasping time by decapitation, the survival time of mouse breathing in N2, neurological deficits scores, cerebral infarction, activity of LDH and MDA content were determined. Results XNJE obviously extended the gasping time and survival time, reduced neurological deficits scores and the rate of cerebral infarction, inhibited descended LDH activity and the increased MDA content. And all the changes mentioned above show some dose-dependent effect. Conclusion XNJE exerts a protective effect on ischemic or anoxic cerebral injnry.
