摘要 目的建立复合维生素B注射液中4种维生素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,用甲醇和三乙胺-冰醋酸-甲醇-0.015mol·L^-1庚烷磺酸钠(0.2:7.5:75:820)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为280nm。结果维生素B.、核黄素磷酸钠(以维生素B2计)、维生素B6、烟酰胺分别在1.6109-16.1091μg、0.1608-1.6075μg、0.1630-1.6298μg、2.4138-24.1379μg范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数均达到0.999以上。平均回收率分别为100.7%(RSD%=0.27%,n=9)、101.1%(RSD%=0.73%,n=9)、100.5%(RSD%=0.38%,n=9)、100.6%(RSD%=1.04%,n=9)。结论本法准确、简便、快捷,可以同时测定复合维生素B注射液中维生素B1、核黄素磷酸钠(以维生素B1计)、维生素B6、烟酰胺的含量。 Aim To establish a method for assaying four vitamins in compound vitamin B injection. Methods By high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method, the mobile phase consisted of methanol and triethylamine-acetic acid-methanol-0. 015 mol · L- sodium 1-heptanesulfonate (0.2: 7.5: 75: 820). The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1 and the detective wavelength was 280 nm. Results The method proved to be linear in the range of 1. 6109 - 16. 1091 μg,0. 1608 -1. 6075 μg,0. 1630 -1. 6298μg,2. 4138 - 24. 1379 μg for VitB1 , riboflavin sodium phosphate, VitB6 and nicotinamide, respectively. The correlation coefficients were all above 0. 999. The average recovery rates were 100.7% (RSD =0.27% ,n =9) ,101.1% (RSD =0.73% ,n =9) ,100.5% (RSD =0.38% ,n =9) ,100.6% ( RSD = 1.04%, n = 9 ) respectively. Conclusion This method is accurate, simple and quick. It can assay VitB1 , riboflavin sodium phosphate, VitB6 and nicotinamide in compound vitamin B injection simultaneously.
