TCT正常的柱状上皮异位患者HPV感染状况分析

Investigation of HPV Infection in Columnar Ectopy Patients with Normal TCT

【目的】探讨超薄液基细胞学检测（TCT）结果正常的柱状上皮异位患者人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）的感染状况。【方法】选择TCT检查结果正常的柱状上皮异位患者205例，采用核酸分子快速杂交基因分型技术进行HPV—DNA亚型分析，分析该人群中HPV的感染率及病毒亚型的分布状况。【结果】受检患者HPV感染者69例（感染率33．66％），感染者平均年龄（29．27±4．78）岁，以单一病毒亚型感染为主。柱状上皮移位重度比轻度感染率高（P〈0．05），乳突型感染率高于单纯型及颗粒型（P〈0．05）。在单一病毒亚型感染者中，感染率最高的为16亚型。在多重感染中，最多者为58亚型。【结论】TCT正常的柱状上皮异位患者中，依然有较高的HPV感染率。

[Objective]To investigate the infection of human papilloma virus（HPV） in columnar epithelium aberrance patients with normal TCT（ thin Prep liquid-based cytology test）. ][Methods] HPV-DNA was detected by nucleic acid taehy-hybridisation genotyping among the 205 columnar epithelium aberrance patients with normal TCT. The infection rate and virus genotype were analyzed. [Results] Sixty nine eases were infected with HPV（ 33.66% ）, most of which were single HPV infection. The mean age of HPV infection was 29.27±4. 78 years. The HPV infection rate was higher in severe columnar eetopy patients than that in the mild eases（ P 〈0.05） ,and also higher in nippie type and granular type of eases than that in the simple type of eases（ P 〈0.05）. HPV16 was the major genotype in the single HPV infection, and HPV58 was major genotype in patients with multiple HPV infection. [Conclusion] The infection rate is high in columnar ectopy patients with normal TCT.
