摘要
【目的】探讨卵巢癌Ⅲ期围术期的营养治疗。【方法】回顾性分析167例卵巢癌Ⅲ期患者围术期的营养状况、并发症、营养支持治疗等临床资料。28例围术期实施了营养支持(A组),139例围术期进行对症支持治疗(B组)。【结果】两组患者术前均存在不同程度营养不良,术后两组患者营养状况、并发症发生率、胃肠功能的恢复、医疗费用A组均优于B组,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。但术后的生化指标、白蛋白变化比较差异无显著统计学意义。【结论】晚期卵巢癌患者普遍存在营养不良,围术期适当的营养支持治疗有利于患者术后的恢复、减少并发症的发生和医疗费用的降低。
[Objective] To investigate nutrition maintenance for stage Ⅲ ovarian carcinoma during the period of surgical procedure. [Methods] Retrospective study was carried out on clinical data of 167 patients with stage Ⅲ ovarian carcinoma in perioperative period. The nutritional status, complications and nutrition treatment were analyzed. Among these patients, 28 patients received nutritional treatment in perioperative period (Group A) and 139 patients received the common perioperative treatment (Group B). [Results]All 167 patients were shown to have common malnutrition. After surgery, the nutritional status and gastrointestinal recovery in the group A were better than those in the group B( P d0.05), meanwhile the postoperative complications and the cost of hospitalization in the group A were less than those in the group B( P 〈0.05). But there was no significant difference in the level of biochemical indicators and albumin between the two groups( P〈0. 05) [Conclusion] Patients with advanced ovarian cancer have common malnutrition. Nutrition maintenance in perioperative period is a viable option in ovarian cancer patients because it can promote gastrointestinal recovery, decrease complications, improve immune function and save the cost of hospitalization.
