腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术322例临床体会

Report of 322 Cases Treated by Classic Intrafascial Supracervical Hysterectomy Under Laparoscopy

【目的】探讨腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术的临床应用价值与手术操作技巧。【方法】选择本院1998年10月至2008年10月实施的腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术322例进行回顾性分析。【结果】322例患者中320例均在腹腔镜下顺利完成手术，手术成功率99．4％，并发症少。【结论】腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术是安全可行的，不失为一种较为理想的治疗子宫良性病变的手术方式。

[Objective]To explore the clinic significance and operative skills of classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy under laparoscopy. [Methods]All 322 patients treated by classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy under laparoscopy were retrospectively analyzed between October 1998 and October 2008. [ResultslThree hundred and twenty of 322 cases were performed successfully under laparoscopy with less complication, and the rate of success was 99.4%. [Conclusion] Classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy under laparoscopy is safe and feasible, so it is an ideal way to treat benign uterine diseases.
