摘要
国家将工学结合确定为当前和今后高职教育人才培养模式的发展方向,成为高职院校开展内涵建设的重要途径。文章从高职院校实施工学结合人才培养模式的必要性入手,提出了从校企深度合作、实训环境、教学模式、政策制度四个方面构建基于工学结合的人才培养模式。
China has defined work-study combination as present and future development trend in talents cultivating pattern of higher vocational education, a major approach to develop connotation construction. The paper starts with necessity in carrying out the cultivating pattern and offers four aspects, namely in - depth college - enterprise cooperation, practical training environment, teaching pattern and policy system in building the talents cultivating pattern of work - study combination.
