摘要 采用触媒渗氮方法,用触媒Co(纯度99.99%)渗氮,经不同酸洗时间后与SK2石墨合成,获得人造金刚石晶体.利用电子自旋共振(ESR)谱和摄谱方法研究氮杂质对人造金刚石性质的影响.结果表明,人造金刚石样品中顺磁氮占总氮体积分数的比例随总氮体积分数的增加而增大,金刚石变脆,抗压强度降低,颜色由黄变绿. We got synthetic diamond crystal through atalytic nitriding via catalyzer Co of 99.99% purity and synthesizing with Graphite SK2 after pickling. Meanwhile, the effect of nitrogen impurity on the properties of the synthetic diamond was studied by using the ESR spectrometry and spectrography. The result shows that the proportion of paramagnetic nitrogen scaled-up with total nitrogen content increasing, in addition, the diamond became fragile and the compressive strength decreased with the color changing from yellow to green.
