从法律的视角分析了裁判员与主办单位的法律关系,在此基础上根据我国民法中人身损害的归责原则,剖析了裁判员在比赛中受到人身损害的归责原则,从而在理论上为裁判员的人身损害赔偿确定了法律依据,为解决比赛中的实际问题提供了理论依据。

From the perspective of law, the paper analyses the legal relationships between the referees and the organizers, on the basis of which the accountability principles of the referee physical injury is also analysed to provide the legal basis for solving the practical problems.
