A thought for Establishing Career Guidance Course in Vocational Colleges

目前高职毕业生就业难的问题日益突现,在高职院校开设就业指导课、对高职学生进行系统的就业指导就显得尤为必要。在高职院校开设就业指导课,必须研究就业指导课的几个主要问题,即就业指导的概念、就业指导课的性质和目标、就业指导课的主要内容、方法以及加强就业指导教师团队建设。

For the difficult situation in employment of vocational college students, it is necessary to establish a course to supply system career guidance for students. To establish a career guidance course in vocational colleges, we must consider some key questions of this course, such as the concept of career guidance course, the nature and objectives of the course, main contents of the course, teaching methods of the course and the building of teaching staff.
