摘要
主要就当前水土保持行政执法中存在的问题进行探讨，分析了水土保持行政执法强制执行不到位的原因并提出了目前在水土保持行政执法的对策。
Some problems existing in current administrative executive the law of soil and waterconservation are discussed. Analysing the causes that administrative punishment executioncan't be carried out effectively, the author put forward the strategy to solve the problems incurrent situation.
