Prevention and Supervision of Soil and Water Conservation in Its Exploitation

对开发建设中产生的水土流失，必须抓好预防监督。通过调查、建档立卡、对不同建设项目分类管理，使开发建设按《水土保持法》要求实施，杜绝或减少新的水土流失。

We must do the work of prevention and supervision well for the soil and water con-servation during the exploitation and construction. Through investigation, files and cards havebeen established, and managemental catalog classified aecording different construction pro-jects. The exploitation and construction are carried out according the law of soil and water con-servation, which can reduce new soil and water loss.
