摘要
本文将进化策略与双尺度自动机结合,设计合理的编码方式和有效度量树形相似度的适应度函数,根据给定的树形搜寻到最优(较优)的解(表示双尺度自动机的参数组合序列),实现了虚拟植物的自动构建。实验验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
By integrating dual-scale automaton model with the basic principle of evolutionary strategies, the reasonable encoding of dual-scale automaton model and the effectiveness fitness function for measuring the similarity of tree structure were designed. According to given topological structure of a plant, the corresponding dual-scale automata were searched. And the automatic construction of virtual plants was realized. In addition, the successful integration of the dual-scale automaton model and evolution principle expanded the research fields of dual-scale automaton model and also indicated a new way for the research of automatic construction of virtual plants.
