摘要
本文对网络环境下高校图书馆如何发展的问题,从队伍建设、馆舍资源建设、服务建设共三个方面提出了实施办法。
The issue on how to develop university libraries under network environment was discussed. The measures at aspects of the construction of troop, dwelling resources and service were proposed.
