摘要
箱形截面桥梁的结构形式在施工阶段常出现一些问题,其中在施工合龙阶段出现的问题较为突出,比如底板混凝土下崩、底板产生纵向裂缝、底板混凝土与上下两层钢筋网一起分层等现象。文章以某桥为工程背景,利用空间有限元软件建立有限元模型,通过线弹性分析研究其破坏原因,另外通过参数分析,研究产生破坏的影响因素;最终根据分析结果,提出了一些针对性的措施。
There are many problems in box-girder bridge at construction stage, especially at closure segments, such as bruiting cracks in bottom slab, longitudinal cracks in the bottom slab and tearing in the bottom slab. Taking a bridge as the engineering background, the causes leading to the cracks are analyzed using the finite element software. Some parameters are also analyzed to research those cracks, and corresponding improvements for the design and construction of this type of bridge are proposed.
