摘要 与传统的有支架现场拼装工艺相比,钢管拱桥的无支架整体吊装工艺具有减少现场空中焊接及线形调整工作量,保证施工质量、缩短安装时间、节约施工成本等优点。文章结合扬州市233省道北澄子河大桥工程,对钢管拱单肋无支架整体吊装工艺的理论计算、现场施工控制要点及经济性等进行了分析,以供参考。 Comparing with traditional lifting and assembly technology, steal pipe arch lifting technology without support reduces the workload of air welding and linear adjustment on site, ensure the steel pipe arch construction quality, shorten the installation time, save construction costs and so on. Taking the Beichengzi river bridge project No.233 provincial highway in Yangzhou as an example, this paper analyses the theoretical calculations of integral lifting and assembly process without support, construction control points on site and economic comparison, which could be refered by the construction of similar bridges
