手法骨圆针固定法治疗Sanders Ⅳ型跟骨骨折

Percutaneous reducution by strike with hand and fixation with round pins to Sanders IV fracture of calcaneus

目的探讨微创锤击骨圆针撬拨固定法治疗Sanders Ⅳ型跟骨骨折。方法对18例SandersIV型跟骨骨折,29足用微创锤击骨圆针撬拨固定法治疗,并随访17.2个月,观察跟骨的高度、宽度、长度及Bhler角恢复情况。结果按照美国足踝外科协会Maryland足踝外科协会评分系统评价术后患足功能优14例,良4例。结论微创锤击骨圆针撬拨固定法对难治的严重粉碎跟骨骨折是一种良好的治疗方法。

Objective To discuss microinjury percutanoous reducution by strike with hand and fixation with round pins to SandersIV fracture of calcaneus. Methods Among 18 cases with calcaneus fractures. 29 calcaneus fractures were treated by strike with hand and fixation with round pins and followed up for 17.2 months. Results According to Maryland foot score system, ld cases were excellent,4 cases were good. Conclusion Microinjury percutaneous reducution by strike with hand and fixation with round pins is a good method for treating crush fracture of calcaneus.
