摘要
穷国办大教育,国家财政拨款严重偏低是当前中国高校学费偏高的根本原因。社会资本分担甚微、税费政策未向高校倾斜等影响着我国高校收费标准的制定。学费高低应综合分析,多策解决。
It is the fact that poor country hungers for great efforts in education.However,financial appropriation from all levels of Chinese governments proves to be far from satisfactory,which is the root for over-charged tuition in higher education institutions in current China.Such factors as little social capital investment,current taxation policies which fail to effectively support the higher eucation institutions,impose negative impact upon the establishment of charging standards in tuition.Therefore,the level of tuition fees should be analyzed comprehensively and solved with all-round countermeasures.
