摘要
对目前的师资队伍评估指标进行分析,发现其违反了评估指标体系的设计原则,降低了高校教师的教学主体地位,忽视了一些影响师资的主要因素,因此,需要在整体思考的基础上对师资队伍指标进行重构。
On analysis of the current teachers' indicators in undergraduate teaching evaluation,it have been found that the indicators go against design principles of the evaluation index system,reducing the dominant position of college teachers' teaching,overlooking some of the main factors affecting the teachers.Therefore,the indicators should be reconstructed after the overall thinking on them.The paper puts forward some suggestions and measures.
