摘要
本文从图书馆学改名这一现象入手，指出图书馆学研究中存在的学科不规范和因学科的“先天不足”而带来的“重术轻学”、“不能提问”等问题，指出２１世纪图书馆学的历史使命是：１．加强学科规范和积累；２．培养图书馆学“大家”；３．
Abstract The paper points out some problems on library science research: not conform with regular subject,paying attention to academic research and making light of study. The author holds that the historical mission of library science in 21st century is following:1.to strengthen the standard and accumulation of the subject;2.to train experts in library science;3.to spread library science among the people.
