2006～2007年化州市医疗机构消毒质量检验分析

Quality Analysis on Disinfection in Medical Institutions in Huazhou City from 2006 to 2007

[目的]了解化州市级、镇级、个体医疗机构的消毒卫生质量,防止医源性感染的发生,促进医疗机构消毒质量的提高。[方法]按卫生部《消毒技术规范》、GB 15982-1995医院消毒卫生标准和GB 15981-1995消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准的方法和要求,于2006-2007年对化州市级、镇级、个体医疗单位共58家进行消毒检测。[结果]检测使用中消毒液、医务人员手、物表、空气（手术室、妇产科、注射室、检查室）、紫外线灯等各种样品共3 956份,合格3 016份,合格率76.2%,市级、镇级和个体三级医疗卫生单位的合格率依次为92.4%、77.6%、58.9%,三者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,各类样品中合格率较高的是使用中的消毒剂（87.0%）,最低的是空气中的细菌含量（57.6%）。[结论]化州市各级医疗卫生单位消毒效果不平衡,镇级及个体处于较低水平,要加大力度对镇级医院及个体诊所的监督、监测力度以及加强医务人员消毒知识的培训。

[Objective]To investigate the sanitary disinfection quality status in medical institutions in Huazhou city for preventing iatrogenic infection and improving their disinfection quality. [Methods]The disinfection quality was inspected in 58 medical institutions at municipal and town level as well as private owned clinics, according to ＂ Standards of Disinfection＂ issued by Ministry of Health,＂ Hygienic Standard of Hospital Disinfection ＂, （GB 15982-1995） and ＂Evaluation on the Effect of Disinfection＂ （GB 15981-1995）. [Results]Of the 3 956 samples examined,3 016 samples were up to standard with a qualification rate of 76.2 %. including the disinfectants being used, hands of the staff, surface of objects, air（operation room,obstetrics and gynecology room,injection room, examination room） and ultraviolet lamp, etc. The qualified rate of disinfection in medical institutions at municipal, town level and private owned clinics was 92.4% ,77.6 % and 58.9 % respectively, showing significant differences（ P 〉0.05）. And among all the samples, the qualified rate of disinfectants being used was the highest,while that of bacteria in air was the lowest. [Conclusion] It suggested that the disinfection effects in all medical institutions was under a condition of imbalance with lower levels in town and private owned ones. The monitoring measurements and training on disinfection knowledge for medical employees should be strengthened in medical institutions at town level and private owned clinics.
