高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中的梓醇

摘要 [目的]采用HPLC测定保健食品中梓醇的含量。[方法]以Symmetry Shield RPC18柱为固定相,水为流动相,检测波长为210 nm。[结果]梓醇与其它峰均能达到基线分离,其色谱峰形好。梓醇的浓度在0.01-0.80 mg/ml时与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(Y=2 724X-4 508,r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.6%,方法精密度RSD为0.55%。[结论]所用方法简便、准确、重复性好,可以作为保健食品中梓醇质量控制的方法。 [Objective]To study the determination method of catalpol in healthy function food with HPLC. [Methods] To determine the content of catalpol by HPLC with Symmetry Shield RPC18 as stationary phase, H20 as mobile phase and detective wavelength at 210 nm. [Results]Capalpol and other peaks are separated well and the peak shape was presented well. There is a good linearity within the range of 0.01 to 0.80 mg/ml of capalpol. The average recovery is 98.6%. The RSD is 0.55 %. [Conclusion]This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as the quality control method of healthy function food.
