摘要
[目的]探讨灵芝孢子蜂胶胶囊对血脂的影响。[方法]通过喂饲高脂饲料的方法,建立脂代谢紊乱模型,同时以灌胃方式预防性给予灵芝孢子蜂胶胶囊,其3个剂量分别为0.10 g/kg.bw、0.20 g/kg.bw和0.60 g/kg.bw,实验期为30 d。实验结束时测定大鼠血清中TC、TG和HDL-C的值,观察灵芝孢子蜂胶胶囊对血脂的影响。[结果]0.20 g/kg.bw和0.60 g/kg.bw灵芝孢子蜂胶胶囊组血清TC、TG值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HDL-C与对照组比较有下降趋势。[结论]灵芝孢子蜂胶胶囊有较明显的降脂功效。
[Objective]To explore the effect on blood-fat in rats by Ganoderma Spores Propolis. [Methods] Through feeding high fat fodder to set up disordered fat metabolism model,at the same time preventively given by garage Ganoderma Spores Propolis with 3 pieces of dosage of Ganoderma Spores Propolis which are 0. l0 g/kg · bw,0.20 g/kg · bw and 0.60 g/kg · bw. The experiment period is 30 days. When the experiment is finished, determine the value of TC, TG and HDL-C of the rat serum and observe the impact on the rat serum lipid of Ganoderma Spores Propolis. [Results]The value of TC,TG of 0.67 g/kg · bw and 2.00 g/kg · bw Ganoderma Spores Propolis group obviously lower than control group, and the differnce in values between the groups is significance( P 〈0.05). HDL-C does not have obvious diversity with the contrast to the control group. [Conclusion]The Ganoderma Spores Propolis has a obvious effect on reducing the serum lipids.
